- Family situation: marital status;
- Additional information: type of driving licence, whether or not the user owns a car, previous work experience as a host/hostess/steward, height, shoe size, hair colour, how the user heard about Protéine, description of their motivation;
- Education and qualifications: type of studies, field of study, date studies were completed, professional situation;
- Language skills: level in French, Dutch, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and in other languages;
- Availability: the user's availability during the week and/or weekend;
- Photos: portrait photo, profile photo, full-length photo.
"Request a quote" form: company name, postal address, contact person, phone, email, VAT number, event name, event postal address, event type, event start date, event end date, event start time, event end time, number of hosts/hostesses/stewards, whether or not a uniform is used, languages required, whether or not catering is provided, message.
This personal data is kept by the controller under reasonable security conditions, for the period strictly necessary for its processing and use (for a period of seven years from the last date of service).
Article 5.2: Purposes of data collection
The personal data gathered on this website is collected and processed only for the purposes specified in this privacy policy.
The collection and processing of this data serve the following purposes:
- "Work with us" form: the information provided in the form allows Protéine to add the new candidate's profile to a member database. With this information, Protéine can contact the candidate again and, where appropriate, offer event opportunities matching their profile;
- "Request a quote" form: the information provided in the form allows Protéine to contact the company again, where appropriate with a price offer tailored to their needs.
